Love the demonic photos of Bill Gates, love the meta keywords like “microshit” and “microsatan”. Basically, the author does not like how IE4 was designed or how it was included with Windows 98. There was a lot of hate toward this sort of thing back in the day, in addition to IE/Windows, people had ActiveX and that annoying paper clip from Office to deal with.
